Pricing
Managed work is invoiced in naira and paid by bank transfer. The price you agree is the price you pay for the year, and everything we do to keep your setup running is already inside it.
You pay for what we look after, and nothing else. Every plan below is billed monthly or annually in naira.
Every price includes the hosting. If the server or hosting is already yours, you pay for the management only, and we will tell you what that comes to.
One website on hosting we provide and run. No mail, or mail you keep elsewhere.
The one most organisations need. Your website plus email on your own domain, for the whole team.
A VPS, a dedicated machine, or your own AWS or Azure account.
Managing more than one environment, or something that does not fit the shapes above? That is normal. Tell us what you have and we will price it in a day.
One-off work
Every figure below is a starting point. What a job actually costs depends on what we find when we look: an old server, or a mail archive nobody has opened in years. So we confirm your exact price after a first look, and always before any work begins. You do not need an ongoing arrangement with us to book any of this.
| Work | Typical timeframe | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Migration from another host Site, mail and archives moved with no downtime | One weekend | from ₦120,000 |
| Email setup on your own domain Mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and deliverability testing | 2–3 days | from ₦55,000 |
| New server build and hardening Provisioned, secured, monitored and documented | 3–5 days | from ₦150,000 |
| Domain portfolio recovery Tracking down and consolidating domains nobody can account for | 1–2 weeks | from ₦18,000 |
| Emergency recovery For organisations we do not currently work with | Same day where possible | from ₦250,000 |
Self-serve
If you would rather run things yourself, we sell hosting with no management attached. It is cheaper, and for plenty of organisations it is the right answer.
| Service | Who it suits | From |
|---|---|---|
| Shared hosting Four plans, from a single site with 100 mailboxes up to unlimited domains and mail See shared plans | A brochure site, a small online store, or an organisation that needs mail on its own domain | $49.00per year, in USD |
| Semi-dedicated Semi Dedicated 1 and 2, with 1 or 2 dedicated CPU cores, unlimited domains and mailboxes See semi-dedicated plans | A site that has outgrown shared hosting but where nobody wants to administer a server | $19.00per month, in USD |
| VPS OpenVZ and KVM, from 2 cores and 4 GB RAM up to 8 cores and 32 GB See VPS plans | You need root access and your own operating system, and you can administer it | $15.00per month, in USD |
| Dedicated servers Thirteen Intel Xeon and AMD Epyc configurations, up to 64 cores and 256 GB RAM See dedicated servers | A whole physical machine for heavy applications, or hosting you resell yourself | $65.00per month, in USD |
Every plan above comes with a 30-day trial that needs no card details upfront, and shared hosting has no set-up fee. Full specifications and the rest of the range are on the store.
Domain names
Registration and transfers for .com, .ng,
.com.ng and most other extensions. Priced per extension per
year rather than per plan, so they sit outside the table above.
Not charged separately
Elsewhere you would be charged extra for these. Here they are already inside the price you are quoted, and you will not be asked for more later.
This is how we invoice for work we manage. Self-serve plans are bought in the store and paid for there by card, in US dollars.
Payment is by bank transfer to a Nigerian account. One invoice, one reference, nothing for your finance team to chase.
Once we agree an annual price, that is what you pay for the year. Our own costs may move in the meantime. Yours will not.
Either works. Annual is discounted and means one invoice to approve rather than twelve, which most finance teams prefer.
Thirty days' notice, and we hand everything over cleanly: domains, DNS, backups and credentials, documented. If you ever decide to leave, you will not have to ask twice for your own passwords.
A rough description is enough to start: how many sites, how many mailboxes, and who looks after it now. If the self-serve store is a better fit for you, we will say so.
