1.2. Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for most of our services, excluding domain name registration. If you are dissatisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. Domain name registration fees are non-refundable.

1.3. Refund Policy: After the initial 30 days, we do not offer refunds for our services unless we fail to provide services as promised. In cases where services are not provided to the client as originally promised by AmtecHost Solutions, a full refund will be provided for the period during which services were not delivered.

For such services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the respective third-party providers.
